During KLH’s investment, AMI completed one add-on acquisition to expand the company’s reach into New Mexico. KLH also helped AMI recruit a new CFO and controller, as well as supported the implementation of all new MIS systems for the business, including in-field ticketing and Netsuite accounting systems.

Funds from the financing will be used to support the growth of these markets and to open new locations as CCM seeks to help its customers achieve their aggressive growth plans across the country.

Post Transaction

KLH partnered with management to develop a strategy for expanding CCM’s geographic footprint and service offering. Immediately post-transaction, CCM expanded its operations into California and Florida, solidifying the company’s ability to service customers on both the East Coast and West Coast.

Post Transaction

During our investment period, KLH Capital arranged a new asset based line of credit to provide working capital availability for implementing management’s growth initiatives. The company also expanded its warehouse and office space and brought on new sales professionals, including a Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In June 2016, ANS Distributing was acquired by Jones & Frank, the premier provider of fueling system solutions in the United States. The combined company has unequaled scale and resources in the petroleum equipment industry to serve customers’ fueling equipment needs across North America.
