Sebastian is responsible for executing transactions, due diligence and financial analysis, and portfolio management. Prior to joining KLH, Sebastian interned with CIBC Capital Markets in New York City within the firm’s Global Investment Banking division where he was exposed to a diverse array of M&A and project finance transactions in the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Sebastian graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a second major in Economics.
