Jeff Croskey

Jeff helps KLH portfolio companies identify and accomplish the growth initiatives that maximize sustainable performance and enterprise value. His expertise includes operational excellence, commercial strategy, financial management, product and service innovation, acquisition integration, and building high-performance teams and cultures.

Jeff has 30 years of leadership experience across a broad range of manufacturing and industrial companies and sectors. His executive leadership includes COO, CCO, and CEO roles for large public, start-up, and middle-market private equity-backed businesses. Jeff serves as the operating partner for multiple KLH portfolio companies, assisting each team to craft and execute its value-creation plan, focusing on strategy, structure, and systems.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering and an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.
