October 2017 - QRS-Tragon, a portfolio company of KLH Capital, has completed the acquisition of Q & M Research, a sensory market research company founded in 1986 with facilities in Chicago and Dallas.  The acquisition expands QRS-Tragon’s footprint into the South and adds new, blue-chip client relationships to its customer base.

“This is another step in QRS-Tragon’s strategic plan to build a leading sensory and consumer products research company in the U.S.,” explained James Darnell.  “Q & M Research Services has a long history of providing quality testing services to restaurant concepts and consumer products companies.  We are excited to welcome their team to the QRS-Tragon organization.”   As a partner in QRS-Tragon, KLH Capital advised the management team through the acquisition process.
