Lance Esposito
Associate
Lance is responsible for technology enhancement and operational improvement across KLH and its portfolio companies. He supports the firm's adoption of AI and automation and works alongside portfolio company management teams to modernize systems, strengthen data and reporting infrastructure, and implement tools that drive value creation.
Prior to joining KLH, Lance was an Associate at Sterling Investment Partners, a private equity firm based in Connecticut. Prior to that, Lance was an Analyst at KippsDeSanto & Co., a boutique investment bank based out of the Washington, DC metro area. Lance graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and a minor in Computer Science.
