Lance Esposito

Lance is responsible for executing transactions, due diligence and financial analysis, and portfolio management. He also serves as a resource to the portfolio companies for special projects focused on technology enhancements and value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining KLH, Lance was an Associate at Sterling Investment Partners, a private equity firm based in Connecticut. Prior to that, Lance was an Analyst at KippsDeSanto & Co., a boutique investment bank based out of the Washington, DC metro area. Lance graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and a minor in Computer Science.
