KLH Capital Recognized Among Top 10 Best Performing Buyout Funds by Bloomberg

TAMPA, FL — February 2026 — KLH Capital Partners (“KLH”), a Tampa-based private equity firm focused on specialty services and value-added distribution businesses, announced that KLH Capital Fund IV LP has been ranked among the Top 10 Best Performing Buyout Funds (Vintages 2018–2023, Under $500 Million) by Bloomberg in its 2026 Private Funds League Tables.

The Bloomberg Private Funds League Tables rank the top performing private funds globally across strategies including buyout, growth, venture, infrastructure, real estate, and private credit. The rankings are compiled using Bloomberg’s Private Funds Database and are categorized by investment strategy, amount raised, and vintage year.

KLH partners with founder- and family-owned businesses in niche industrial and specialty services, as well as value-added distribution markets. The firm focuses on situations where shareholders, management teams, and next-generation family members want to address personal liquidity needs while continuing as owners – or using a transaction to become owners for the first time - in order to meaningfully accelerate growth. KLH’s team, spanning originations, investments, and operations, has been purpose-built to understand, support, and scale businesses across these two models.

“We were pleased to see Fund IV recognized by Bloomberg,” said Will Dowden, Managing Partner of KLH. “For more than twenty years, we’ve focused on a very specific segment of the market: field, crew, and technician-based services and value-added distribution. We’ve built our team and our process around that focus, and we’ve stayed disciplined to it. When you do that long enough, the results follow.”

James Darnell, Managing Partner at KLH, added, “This recognition is less about a moment and more about consistency. We invest in businesses where we know we can add real, tangible value, not because of a spreadsheet, but because we’ve been in these businesses our entire careers. We understand the operating environments, the workforce challenges, the customer dynamics, and how to scale - but in a relatable way with our management partners. Our job is to be the partner that our management teams actually want in the room, and we take that seriously.”

KLH’s team includes professionals with operational and transactional experience tailored specifically to industrial service and value-added distribution platforms. The firm’s investment model emphasizes partnership with management teams, thoughtful add-on acquisition execution, and operational improvements designed to create durable value in full alignment and collaboration with the management team.
