Sean Niles

Sean is primarily responsible for identifying investment opportunities, including initial financial, operating, and competitive analysis of businesses. Prior to joining KLH, Sean served on the Business Development / M&A Team at a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, where his responsibilities included origination, analysis, relationship management, and transaction execution on healthcare-focused investments. Sean started his career at K2 Growth Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm with a focus on the industrials, distribution, and energy sectors. Sean graduated from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, where he served as the Captain of the Men’s Golf Team.
