KLH Capital is currently seeking opportunities to invest in owner recapitalizations, management buyouts and buy-ins, and family succession recapitalizations. The Partners of KLH Capital are the co-founders of Florida Capital Partners, another Tampa based private equity firm, and have been personally invested in more than 100 small businesses nationwide. KLH Capital is a supportive financial partner that allows management teams to retain autonomy over daily operations.

Established businesses with a history of profitability.

Company Size

Earnings before interest and taxes of at least $2 million.

Management

Must have strong track record and desire to assume ownership stakes. We do have the capability and network to help locate executives to assume the role of a retiring entrepreneur(s).
